In partnership with Franciscan University, Steubenville, Ohio, the Chesterton Schools Network offers its high school students the opportunity to receive college credit for courses in their junior and senior years. This is a significant cost savings at a time when the cost of college has skyrocketed and the value of a college education is being questioned.
Your student can take a Chesterton Academy class in philosophy, theology, English, chemistry, Latin, physics, and calculus at Stella Maris Chesterton Academy for $100 per credit hour (currently) with a curriculum consistent with the level of an undergraduate college class at Franciscan University. This creates a direct path for enrollment in Franciscan University and alternatively, a transcript with coursework that would be accepted at any college for transfer that would otherwise accept a Franciscan University transcript.
This unique partnership is just another example of the Chesterton Difference and why you should consider a Stella Maris Chesterton Academy education for your student.
